BENETTI AT THE PALM BEACH INTERNATIONAL BOAT SHOW 2024

WITH THE AMERICAN PREMIERE OF M/Y TRIUMPH 65M

Benetti chooses the Palm Beach International Boat Show for the American debut of M/Y Triumph 65M, designed to deliver the ultimate in cruising comfort, and the Oasis 34M M/Y Grateful, for owners in search of total connection with the sea in a dynamic and informal setting.

From March 21 to 24 next, Benetti will be at the Palm Beach International Boat Show where it will be exhibiting the M/Y Triumph 65M, in a premiere for the American public, with exterior styling by Giorgio Maria Casetta, interiors by the Benetti style office and decor by Green & Mingarelli Design. The result is a masterpiece of engineering, comfort and timeless beauty freed from the constraints of current trends.

M/Y Triumph has a highly efficient hull and guarantees silent cruising for long-distance trips in the utmost comfort.  At 65 metres in length and spanning five enclosed decks plus a Sundeck, M/Y Triumph has a focus on making full use of every area on board, each with its own clear function, to ensure optimal service on every deck. The quality of the platform has made it possible to optimise any wasted space around the technical rooms, ensuring more surface area both for the crew to work in and for the owner and guests to enjoy their life on board.

The most important features include the 130-square-metre master suite, with adjoining study/lounge and spacious outdoor terrace, and the full-beam VIP cabin on the Main Deck, plus a generously sized and light-filled lounge on the Upper Deck – which also contains a Triumph motorcycle as part of the decor, as desired by the owner, who is a collector and great fan of the brand – a gym with a huge sliding glass door aft on the Bridge Deck, a touch-and-go helipad and a beach area of over 70 square metres.

The interiors of M/Y Triumph were designed by the Benetti style office in close collaboration with the customer and the decor is by Green & Mingarelli Design. The result is a unique yacht characterised by a style that combines ethnicity and luxury, using exclusive materials like glass by Lalique, marble and fur, alongside elements of green design. Also worthy of note is the light decor, designed to showcase the works of art the client has chosen to hang on board: M/Y Triumph hosts a selection of photographs by internationally renowned artists arranged in the style of a museum or art gallery.

At the boat show, Benetti will also be exhibiting M/Y Grateful which, like the other Oasis 34M units, fleshes out a deeply innovative concept to meet the needs of contemporary owners determined to live in closer contact with nature and the sea. With exteriors designed by British firm RWD and interiors by Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture, this yacht is characterised by a sleek design – spanning three decks plus a large Sun Deck – and a stern area that’s even closer to the water.

The Oasis Deck® aft is the solution designed by Benetti to experience life at sea in an emotionally engaging way, with two wings that open out astern to enlarge the deck area. And the infinity pool built into the very heart of the deck has a breathtaking view out to sea, offering owners and guests an unimpeded 270-degree panorama, including from the Main Deck saloon. The mix of sun and shade lets guests enjoy the experience of total relaxation at any time of day, while the social design weaves the entire deck, from the main saloon to the sea, into a uniquely convivial oasis.

The designers worked on the interiors of M/Y Grateful with the owner to create a personal style that reflects the nuances found in his own home. Hence the use of neutral colours and shades of grey, interspersed with detailing in materials that tend towards blue and sky blue, such as the bespoke bookcase on the Main Deck, in which the standard Green Onyx has been replaced with a blue mirror, gracing the yacht with the owner’s own personal taste.

Other features of this unit have also been revisited in line with the owner’s wishes: the dining table, usually on the Upper Deck, has been moved to the Main Deck to create a space devoted specifically to conviviality; the jet ski is housed in the bow on the Upper Deck with a davit to haul it up; there is a firepit astern on the Main Deck and an American bar in the aft section of the Sun Deck to welcome guests at any time of day.

Benetti will be at the Palm Beach Boat Show from March 21 to 24, stand RAMP 2.
